After reading The judgment, it  made me realize that georg did not have a friend in russia. IF he did have a friend, What is the unknown friend name and why is he not replying to his letters. Georg was living a happy life, his business was picking up , getting engagement to a woman named Frieda, everything was going good until he decided to talk to his father about his friend. what kind of relationship did georg and his father had ? why could the father sentences his son to death, telling him to go drown himself. what made georg commits suicide? I think that after his mother death georg father behavior changed, and he started getting sick.
