When reading this novel, I was still curious about the money that was donated to Yale. That's a lot of money, where did it come from? And for regarding Paul, did something from the pass make him why he is such a jerk? I did learn though that Paul seems like the bad guy, but have this feeling that it was something that made him like that. It still gives him no right to do what he does, like hit is wife, but still.
