“The Bluest Eye”- Season: winter
The scene that stood out the most was when the new girl arrived
it’s like everyone one wanted to be like her just by her outer look, what she
wears , how she walk , the color of her skin, and the fact that she was wealthy.
It was about race, class and your skin color, it was portray as if whiteness
was more beautiful than blackness. Nevertheless Claudia became jealous of the
new girl Maureen…..
